This course is intended for those working on the above certificates. It is designed to reinforce first-year accounting skills. There are three parts to the class: Excel for Accounting (topics include depreciation, aging accounts receivable, payroll, financial statements, adjusting entries, charts and graphs and more); Record Keeping (Part 2 of Business Math); and 10-key calculator functions for business. Basic computer knowledge required.

Achieve the administrative career you've always wanted. This powerful core course prepares students for entry-level position in the clerical field. The requirements for some of the certificates possible are: Administrative Assistant, Full Charge Bookkeeper and Office Manager. The course focuses on keyboarding skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, business math, record keeping, business vocabulary, filing and proofreading.
