Dear Community Member,

Thank you for taking the time to peruse our Spring OAE-CTC brochure.  Once again we have new courses to offer and online courses for those who have distance issues.  Best of all, we continue to find ways to offer our excellent programs at the most affordable cost possible.  OAE-CTC programs are simply the best educational option available in the entire area; excellent in content and affordable to the student.  We truly do understand our community and strive to serve it with a commitment of excellence and longevity.  We have been here since 1924 and at the end of the day we will be here for you tomorrow.

Lately we have all been inundated with politics and a worsening economic situation.  Being an eternal optimist, I believe that our country will right its course and be stronger for the difficult period we are experiencing.  We are a nation built upon the principles of inner strength and perseverance.  One thing we all realize is that our world is definitely changing at a rapid pace.  With that in mind, it is vital that we personally grow with the times.  Whether it is enhancing our present skills, learning new skills, finding a new career, or seeking out a pleasurable hobby, mental growth is a healthy decision for everyone.  There is a lot to be said for being a life-long learner! This reminds me of a quote that has merit at this time...

"....there is another investment that promises far greater rewards.
